Three goals and three points made it a successful trip to the seaside for Chelsea on Monday night, bringing us within touching distance of third place.
At times it was a less than encouraging performance but an early John Terry header gave us an advantage that would not be let go.

Blackpool had their chances either side of half-time before two Frank Lampard goals put the game well beyond reach, the first a penalty after sub Salomon Kalou had been brought down, and the second a powerful low finish following Kalou's bright play.
